Glute Activation Fire
Yeah, it’s been a good minute since I’ve been here. Here I am getting things together and trying my best to get back to good. So I decided to start with what I know and love. This is my glute activation 5 move workout. Simple, easy and no equipment needed just consistency. Yes, this will burn. Please take your time, break and breath when you need to. You want to start with at the least 10 of each moves doing them at least 3 times each and doing this routine at least 2 – 3 times a week. Slowly work your way up to being able to do this full routine 2 – 3 times a week and performing 30 – 50 reps each. You will get a burn and a awesome booty bump!! Have fun. Welcome to Luna Fitness Evolution!! I am happy you are here. So let me tell you who I am. I am Shelly Rivera and I’ve been a trainer for 4 years now.
